Ways to Reconnect Through Touch:

• Womb Holding: Place warm hands on your lower abdomen, close your eyes, and just breathe. No expectations—just presence.

• Self-Massage: Using warm castor or calendula oil, gently massage your belly in circles, sending gratitude to your womb.

• Temperature Therapy: Try alternating warm and cool compresses over your womb to increase circulation and reset energy flow.

The next time you feel tension in your womb space, place your hands over your belly and simply say, “I hear you. I honor you.” Notice what shifts.
